After learning about what has happened to their comrade from other sources, Ethan goes after him alone to bring him home. This newfound madness & darkness in the Green Ninja's soul causes him to go rogue and seek out power from the slowly resurrecting Oni Empire. When he and the other ninja try to confront him, Danny, or rather something within him lashes out upon them viciously. Ethan notices that his cousin & teammate, Daniel Kurosu, has been acting strangely after a mission to evacuate a collapsing building went sideways. With the Temporal Colonies and a new generation of Time Keepers defending the timelines of the multiverse in the absence of Kronos, the Earth-21 reality is at peace. After saving multiple timelines from the Shadows Of Kronos's wrath, Aleph would fall in order to fix these infractions and would return to his original neutrality of protecting the multiverse. It is here that the enemy reveals itself and attacks the Elemental Masters before sending them to several points throughout various timelines. Upon taking a visit to the colonies, they find that a potential enemy from Kronos and the Time Keepers' past has caught up to claim vengeance. As their suspicions begin to rise, temporal anomalies begin to occur all across their reality and several others. Growing tired from this quickly, the group of heroes discovers that something is off about their recent intercations with the Temporal Colonies and their Time Keepers. Time catches up! In the wake of their return to action and clash against the rogue Kyojin, Talon, the Ninja Force have been at work to drop the crime rates that have ascended in their absence.
